There are a lot of eyes looking at us, to catch us doing something wrong. I see this as an attempt for people to feel better about themselves. Hey, we are all human, and we all make mistakes.

But then again, we can encourage people. We can let people know when they are doing something right. Lifting others up. Or setting an excellent example for others to follow.
